Linda is Head of the Crime, Wills and Probate Department at Titan Solicitors, based in the firm’s South East London office.  Linda has over 10 years of experience in dealing with criminal defence and prison law matters at the highest level. Linda prides herself on her attention to detail in the preparation of cases which has been praised by counsel and clients alike.

 

Linda has great empathy for clients who have found themselves in the midst of the criminal justice system and takes time to explain the law and procedure throughout the case. Linda’s focus is to achieve the client’s best interests and results.

Professional experience:

  • Handling matters which include motoring/driving-related offences, common assault, matters relating to serious sexual offences including rape and historic sexual offences, and domestic violence.
  • Regularly appearing before the local magistrates’ courts conducting bail and sentence hearings and have experience in preparing and supervising complex casework in relation to murder, assault, rape, kidnap and firearms offences.
  • Background in Wills, Probate and Estate administration and have developed a strong interest in helping clients within life planning and estate management. The Wills and Probate department has been developed in order to provide a compassionate service to those who wish to seek professional advice in this area of law.
  • Founder of the non-profit organisation ‘Consult Linda’ which actively supports upcoming lawyers with their professional development.
  • Leader of the ‘Learn about Law’ educational programme across inner-city secondary schools and colleges, since 2019.
